By accessing or using Wharby (wharby.dev and associated workspace subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Description of Service & Beta Disclaimers
Wharby provides managed Gerrit Code Review workspaces, Git repository hosting, and continuous integration workflows. Features designated as Beta or Preview are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis while we refine service capabilities.
2. Customer Ownership of Source Code & Content
You and your organization retain 100% ownership and intellectual property rights in all source code, Git repositories, commits, patchsets, review comments, and configuration data stored in your Wharby workspaces. You grant Wharby a limited license solely to host, transmit, back up, and display your content to authorized users of your workspace as necessary to operate the service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Wharby service. Specifically, you may not:
- Use workspace compute or CI runners for cryptocurrency mining, unauthorized network scanning, or denial-of-service attacks.
- Attempt to bypass workspace authentication, authorization boundaries, or resource quotas.
- Use the service to store or distribute unlawful content or malware.
We reserve the right to suspend workspaces that violate these Acceptable Use rules or threaten platform stability.
4. Subscriptions, Compute Tiers & Cancellation
- Paid workspaces are billed according to the selected compute tier and active subscription plan.
- Workspace owners may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription or deallocate their workspace at any time through the Wharby Management Portal.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wharby is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, and Wharby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
